Expect the full-suite of Ostēr hospitality. We don’t want to spoil the mystery but trust us. A seasonally-varying menu sees chef Nicola create from locally sourced ingredients. You might not get the same thing twice on your plate, but you’ll get the same quality and very same hospitality you come to expect at Ostēr every time. 

Your dining time limit will be 2 hours in order to allow us to properly reset and sanitise the table for the next seating.

We take online reservations for up to 6 guests. Please contact us directly for larger groups.

At dinner time we offer both à la carte and, for the more adventurous, a 6 course tasting menu inspired by seasonal Australian produce laden with global influences.

Dietary requirements can be catered for. Please let us know in advance by adding a note to your booking. Without prior notice we cannot guarantee a menu to accommodate dietaries on the day.

Please note that at this stage we cannot offer a full vegan degustation menu.
